道路线形车速与交通事故的关系研究

摘要: 本文根据重庆市主要道路的交通安全情况,定性、定量分析了道路线形、车速与交通事故的关系;从汽车行驶受力状况,推导了平纵线形组合中弯坡路段各技术指标的约束关系式,指出了我国现行道路设计规范中的某些不足之处;探讨了道路限速依据问题,建议了确定道路限速值的四个基本原则。

Abstract: According to the traffic safety conditions in main roads of Chingqing City, this qualitatively and quantitatively analyses the relation between alignment, velocity and traffic accidents. From the viewpoint of reactions on a travelling automobile, it derives the formula for several elements of the road with gradient and curve in an alignment vertically and horvizontally coordinated, and points out the defects of the existing highway deesign standard to the road. Finally, it discusses highway speed limit and proposes four basic principles to determine the value of speed limit.
