摘要: 桥梁对山洪的抗力要受各种主、客观随机性和模糊性因素的错综影响,因而,提出了采用极限状态设计法和模糊综合评判法对抵抗山洪的抗力指标进行综合评定,确定了桥梁对山洪抗力的指标现状及安全度大小,为防止山洪对桥梁破坏提出决策性依据.

Abstract: In this paper,we provide that bridge resistant force against mountain torrent is affected by random and fully factors.Using ultimate design theory and fully comprehensive judgement to evaluate bridge resistant force,and deciding current bridge resistant force and safety margin against mountain torrent,it prevents destorying briges against mountain torrent preventing decision accordance.
