摘要： 根据目前我国工程项目施工招标中尚缺乏系统评定的理论,笔者提出了定性与定量相结合的灰色度评标法,为择优定标提供了可靠的决策依据

Abstract: According to the situation that there is short of the theory about appraising bidders,the author raises the method of appraising bidders by grey ralation.The method provides a scientific basis for the selection and assessment of bidders.
