摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在考察近 30年来世界主要国家的汽车排放物控制技术和政策的基础上,就汽车尾气排放物的危害问题进行了的研究和总结 .针对人们最关心的合理标准的制定以及控制策略等问题进行了对比研究,并提出一些有用的观点

Abstract: In this paper,based on consideration of controlling technologies and policies on the motor vehicles in recent 30 years,harmness of the air pollution caused by motor vehicles emissions are studied and summed.Researches on the key problems about the policies and reasonable standards of controlling are made and some useful points of view are given.
