摘要: 提出了一种基于GIS和GPS的道路行车安全预报系统方法,根据车辆在道路的位置控制行车状况,对车辆行 驶进行安全预测,为智能交通系统开拓了新的应用空间,具有极大的经济和社会潜在效益.

Abstract: A new system method about the traffic safety forecast base on GIS and GPS is advanced in this paper,control the car status according to the position of the vehicle on the highway, and proceed to the safe forecast of vehicle. The new applied space of the intelligent transport system will be expanded, and will have the tremendous economy with the social and latent worth in the applications of GPS and GIS
