SBS聚合物改性沥青技术性能及其微观形态

摘要: 针对不同种类、不同工艺的SBS改性沥青,采用试验、理论相结合的方法,包括常规3大指标试验、SHRP动态 剪切流变DSR试验、以及储存稳定性试验等,研究加工工艺参数以及改性剂种类等对SBS改性沥青性能的影响.说 明,通过掺配适当的稳定剂和助剂等措施改善改性工艺,是提高SBS改性沥青技术性能的最有效途径之一.

关键词: SBS聚合物改性沥青, 技术性能, 动态剪切流变, 储存稳定性, 微观形态

Abstract: The influence of processing technique parameters and SBS modifier sorts on the SBS modified asphalts' performance were studied,and the mierostructure of SBS modified asphalts was observed through fluoro-microscope and Scan Electric Microscope,thus to direct modified asphalt production.Theoretical research combined experimental methods Was adopted. The results show that the processing technique is relatively the most important factor for the pavement performance,and the pavement performance is fine and its microstructure unfolds relatively homogeneous phases,while its storage stability shows wel1.Furthermore,the shearing temperature should not be too low when taking the synthesized performance into account. Therefore,improving processing technique through adding proper stabilizer and compatilizer is one of the most effective way to upgrade the pavement performance of SBS modified asphalt.
