陶粒混凝土在旧桥加固桥面铺装中的应用研究

Study and Application on Ceramist Concrete of Reinforcing Old Bridges for Bridge Deck Pavement

摘要: 随着我国公路交通事业的蓬勃发展,必然要修建大量桥梁,同时也要对一些旧桥进行维修加固及技术改造。分析了陶粒及陶粒混凝土的特点以及作为桥面铺装结构层的可行性,通过室内试验确定了配合比、研究了其力学性、抗冻性及耐磨性能,并根据实体工程讨论了其施工工艺和技术要求。

Abstract: It is inevitable to build a large number of bridges along with booming of our country's highway and transportation,and give the maintenance,reinforcement and technical improvement to some old bridges.The feature of ceramist and ceramist concrete,and its feasibility to conduct structure for bridge deck pavement are analyzed.Mixture ratio was made by indoor tests and the performance of mechanical property,freeze resistance,abrasion resistance was studied;construction technology and technical requirements were discussed according to ceramist concrete pavement.
