摘要： 交通是统筹城乡发展的重要支撑系统。从统筹城乡的内涵出发,构建了以统筹城乡为目标的交通发展战略框架,探讨了统筹城乡发展战略的支撑点,由此界定了在统筹城乡发展体系中的交通发展重点。分析了三次产业与交通发展模式,提出了重庆统筹城乡交通发展战略的基本思路和战略重点;该思路从内外两个系统方面提出了城乡综合体系、三次产业通过交通对农村的全面带动的基本思想。

Abstract: Traffic is an important supporting system to balance urban and rural development.In terms of the idea,the framework of transport development strategy is built to balance urban and rural development,and its supporting points of the development strategy are discussed.Therefore,the transport development priorities in the system of balancing urban and rural development are ensured.According to the analysis of tertiary industries and the transportation development mode,the basic thought and strategic emphasis of transportation development in balancing urban and rural development of Chongqing are proposed.It brings out the basic idea that the countryside and rural integrated system is comprehensively driven by the urban tertiary industries through the transportation system both from inside and outside systems.
