摘要: 沥青路面是隧道路面铺装的主流,然而沥青易燃,易造成沥青路面隧道火灾事故。选择常用有效的阻燃剂, 组成卤-锑-硼阻燃体系,实验研究了沥青路面阻燃改性技术。研究中采用极限氧指数、协同效率和EV等指标评 价阻燃剂对沥青阻燃改善效果,通过正交试验确定最佳掺量,明确常用阻燃剂的改性技术方法和效果,并提出切实 可行卤-锑-硼阻燃方案。

Abstract: Asphalt?pavement?has?become?the?mainstream?of?the?tunnel?construction.?However,?the?asphalt?is?inflammable,?and?serious?tunnel?fire?accidents?have?occurred?in?many?countries?around?the?world.?The?commonly-used?effective?flame?retardants?are?selected?to?composite?the?Halogen-Antimony-Boron?flame?retardant?system.?The?flame-retardant?modified?technology?of?asphalt?pavement?is?studied?through?many?experiments,in?which?many?indicators,?such?as?limiting?oxygen?index,?synergistic?efficiency?and?EV?are?adopted?to?evaluate?the?effectiveness?of?flame-retardant?asphalt;the?optimum?content?is?determined?through?the?orthogonal?test;?the?technical?methods?and?results?of?commonly-used?modified?flame?retardants?are?pointed?out,?and?the?feasible?proposal?of?Halogen-Antimony-Boron?flame?retardant?system?i.s?given.
