基于可持续协调发展的农村公路建设用地评价

Construction Land Assessment for Rural Highway Based on Sustainable Development Theory

摘要: 引入可持续发展理论对农村公路建设用地进行评价。通过分析公路建设用地可持续性的内在本质,构建了 农村公路建设用地可持续性评价指标体系。运用集对分析理论的同异反态势排序法,建立了农村公路建设用地的 社会、经济、资源环境协调发展的生长曲线指数模型,并应用在我国农村公路建设用地评价中。结果表明基于联系 度的同异反态势排序法的评价模型计算简便,评价方法直观,评价结果具有较好的客观性和合理性。

Abstract: The sustainable development theory is introduced to make an assessment of land consuming in rural highway construction. Through analyzing the nature of the sustainability of the land consuming in rural highway construction,a sustainable assessment indicator system of land consuming in rural highway construction is established firstly; and then,an exponential model of growth curve of land consuming in rural highway construction is set up,which coordinates the development of society,economy,resources and environment,making use of the method named same indefinite-contrary order in set pair analysis (SPA); furthermore,the proposed model is applied in construction land assessment for rural highway. The result shows that the assessment model based on the relative degree and same indefinite-contrary order is convenient and practical in calculation and assessment; the assessment result is of better objectivity and reasonability.
