钢纤维掺量对混凝土高温力学性能的影响

Impact of Steel Fibre Dosage on Mechanical Properties of Concrete under High Temperature

摘要: 利用订制的可实现程序控温的高温试验系统,按国际标准火灾曲线ISO-834对钢纤维混凝土试块进行了高 温试验。探讨了钢纤维混凝土高温后抗压强度、抗拉强度随温度变化的规律,研究了钢纤维混凝土在高温后的力 学特性。试验表明,钢纤维掺量越高,高温后混凝土性能提高越大;在各种不同温度级别的高温作用下,钢纤维的 掺入均可较大幅度提高混凝土残余抗拉强度;而对混凝土高温后残余抗压强度,只有在500??以上时,钢纤维才有 较大贡献。

Abstract: With ISO-834, International Standard Fire Curve, steel-fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) under high temperature was studied. The change rule of compressive and tensile strength of SFRC under high temperature and mechanical properties of SFRC were investigated. The test showed that the more steel fiber it contained, the better the concrete performed under high temperature. The test also indicated that steel fiber could promote the tensile strength of concrete considerably in any temperature and it could help improve the compressive strength only if the tempera ture was over 500?? .
