Water Damage Property of AC Hot Asphalt Mixture by Various Factors

摘要: 应用正交试验设计分析了多因素下AC-13和AC-20热拌改性沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度的影响因素及其 相关性。结果表明,级配组成是决定AC-13沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度的关键性影响因素,而油石比变化影响则较 小;空隙率和砂当量是影响AC-20沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度的关键因素;冻融劈裂强度与马歇尔性能指标存在良 好的线性关系。最后,给出了提高施工质量控制措施的建议。

Abstract: A ccording to orthogonal experimental design, factors influencing freezing-thawing splitting strength of AC- 13 and AC-20 modified asphalt mixture as well as their relativiy were studied. Through the test, it was demonstrated that the gradation composition played a desicive role in determining the AC-13 asphalt mixture freezing-thawing splitting strength, while it exerted little influence on the OAC; VV and sand equivalent value were crucial factors forAC- 20 asphalt mixture freezing-thawing splitting strength; there was a good linear relationship between freezing-thawing splitting strength and Marshall performance index. Suggestions for improving construction quality were made.
