Optimization of Rubber Asphalt Mixture Proportion Based on Uniform Design

摘要: 采用了均匀设计的方法对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的配合比设计过程进行优化;确定了优化级配下橡胶颗粒的合理掺配范围。由均匀设计试验得出结论:当9.5 mm档集料与4.75 mm档集料(均为破碎卵石)的搭配比例为1∶1且用量取上限时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料弹性模量较小、动稳定度较大,混合料路用性能及功能性优越。优化级配下10目橡胶颗粒的合理掺配范围为1%~6%。

Abstract: The design process of the crumb rubber asphalt mixture proportion was improved by uniform design method. At the same time, the rational content range of the crumbled rubber under the optimization gradation was also determined. The results of the uniform design indicate that: when the proportion between the 9.5mm aggregates and the 4.75mm ones (both are the crumbled pebbles) is around 1∶1 and the amount goes up as much as possible, the elasticity modulus of the crumb rubber asphalt mixture is smaller, the dynamic stability of the mixture is larger, and the road performance as well as the function of the mixture are superior. The rational content range of 10 crumbled rubbers under the optimization gradation is 1%~6%.
