折线板型正交异性钢桥面板受力性能的参数分析

Parametric Analysis on Mechanic Performance of Orthotropic Steel Bridge Deck with Folded Plate

摘要: 针对闭口肋正交异性钢桥面板中纵肋-盖板连接处及盖板-纵肋-横梁三者汇聚处的疲劳问题,以一种折线板型正交异性钢桥面板为研究对象,通过在钢桥面板的最不利位置点施加车轮荷载进行数值模拟试验,分析了顶板厚度dt、底板厚度db及折线板厚度df、高度hf、间距lf等5个截面参数对折线板型钢桥面板力学性能的影响;基于某公路桥正交异性钢桥面板的中间一梁段构件,进行了整体模型分析。根据数值模拟推荐折线板型钢桥面板5个截面参数的设计取值:dt=11 mm、db=7 mm、df=4 mm、hf=200 mm、lf=200 mm;整体模型分析进一步证实了折线板型钢桥面板不仅从结构上避开了疲劳最常见的部位,而且在一定程度上显著改善了桥面板横桥向的力学性能,且对纵桥向无影响。

Abstract: Aiming at the fatigue problem of the joint of longitudinal rib and cover plate, and the convergence of cover plate, longitudinal rib and beam in orthotropic steel bridge deck with closed ribs, a type of orthotropic steel bridge deck with folded plate was taken as the research object, and the numerical simulation test was carried out by applying wheel load at the most unfavorable position of the steel bridge deck. The influences of five section parameters, such as the thickness of the top plate dt, the thickness of the bottom plate db, and the thickness df, the height hf and the space lf of the folded plate, on the mechanical properties of the orthotropic steel bridge deck with folded plate were analyzed. Based on the middle beam segment of an orthotropic steel deck of a highway bridge, the itegral steel deck model analysis was carried out. According to the numerical simulation, the recommended design values of five section parameters of the orthotropic steel bridge deck are dt=11 mm、db=7 mm、dz=4 mm、hf=200 mm、lf=200 mm. The integral steel deck model analysis further confirmed that the steel bridge deck with folded plate not only avoids the most common part of fatigue, but also significantly improves the transverse mechanical properties of the bridge deck to a certain extent, while it has no effect on the longitudinal direction of the bridge.
