基于停车延误理念的公交站台及线路优化

Bus Station and Line Optimization Based on Parking Delay Concept

摘要: 通过引入低碳交通理念,结合熵权法建立交叉口服务水平综合评价模型,得以确定交叉口服务水平瓶颈参数。基于此模型,提出类鲁棒测试概念,利用Vissim仿真软件拟合仿真数据,建立类鲁棒测试模型进行优化方案鲁棒性检验。以福州市某交叉口为例进行服务水平瓶颈指标判断,结果显示瓶颈指标为公交平均停车时间、次数。基于此,提出公交站台及线路优化方案,结合交叉口服务水平综合评价模型和类鲁棒测试模型进行评价分析。分析结果表明:线路优化效果优于站台优化,二者共同优化的方案效果最佳;主次干道公交站台异侧设置、次干道直行公交远引掉头的组织方式具有良好的优化作用与鲁棒性。

Abstract: By introducing the concept of low-carbon transportation and combining with entropy weight method, the comprehensive evaluation model of intersection service level was established to determine the bottleneck parameters of intersection service level. Based on the proposed model, the concept of quasi-robust testing was proposed, the simulation data were fitted by VISSIM simulation software, and the quasi-robust test model was established to test the robustness of the optimization scheme. Taking an intersection in Fuzhou as an example, the service level bottleneck indicators were judged. The result shows that the bottleneck indicators are the average bus stop time and times. Based on this, the optimization scheme of bus stops and routes was proposed, and the comprehensive evaluation model of intersection service level and the quasi-robust test model were used for evaluation and analysis. The analysis results show that the line optimization effect is better than the station optimization, and the scheme of both optimizations is the best: the setting of bus stops on different sides of main and secondary trunk roads as well as the organization mode of long lead turn of direct bus on secondary trunk road has good optimization effect and robustness.
