面向车次取消的票额分配与停站方案组合优化研究

Optimization of Ticket Allocation and Stopping Plan Combination for Train Cancellation

摘要: 当列车因严重干扰而取消时,大量旅客将在车站滞留,同时铁路公司收益也会受到一定影响,合理的票额分配是解决此类问题的有效方法。在差异化设置换乘旅客优先权基础上,构建了以铁路公司收益最大化和偏离原时刻表最小化为目标的票额分配和停站方案组合优化模型,并通过增加不等式组约束条件将其线性化;利用求解器GUROBI对上述模型进行求解并分析算例。研究结果表明:当列车因干扰而取消时,与不采用任何措施相比,灵活停站策略能有效地减少滞留旅客数量19.7%以上;铁路公司收益增加21.8%以上。

Abstract: When trains are canceled due to serious interferences, a large number of passengers will be stranded at the station, while the revenue of the railway company will also be affected. Reasonable ticket allocation is an effective way to solve this kind of problem. Firstly, on the basis of differentially setting the priority of transferring passengers, the optimization model of the combination of ticket allocation and stop plans was constructed and linearized by adding constraints to the inequality system, with the goal of maximizing revenue for railway companies and minimizing deviations from the original timetable. Then, the solver GUROBI was used to solve the above model and analyze the case. The research results show that when a train is canceled due to interferences, the flexible stopping strategy can effectively reduce the number of stranded passengers by more than 19.7%, increase the revenue of the railway company by more than 21.8%, compared to not taking any measures.
