摘要: 研究利用遗传算法对BP神经网络进行优化设计,建立了基于遗传算法的BP神经网络机动目标航迹预测模 型。该模型克服了普通神经网络算法在训练过程中容易陷入局部最优点的缺陷,得到了更高的学习精度和更快的 收敛速度。最后,用实测数据进行了验证分析,结果表明,基于遗传算法的神经网络的预测模型比单神经网络预测 模型预测精度高,可用于航迹的预测。

Abstract: Genetic algorithms are applied to the optimal design of BP neural network. And a predictive model of tracking forecast of moving object based on genetic BP neural network is established. The model overcomes the defects of trapping into local optimal point that ordinary neural network algorithms in the training process are easily to be trapped; and higher accuracy and faster convergence speed are obtained. Finally,the model is analyzed and verified by the filed measurement data. The results show that the neural network forecasting model based on genetic algorithm is better than the single neural network forecasting model in prediction accuracy,which can be used to track forecasting.
