Experimental Study on Tire Pressure’s Influence on Steering Tie Rod

摘要: 介绍了胎压对转向横拉杆力的影响的试验原理和试验方法,设计了道路实车试验,得出了轮胎气压、汽车车速与转向横拉杆力之间的关系。研究表明:同一胎压下,车速对转向横拉杆 力的影响比较小;研究表明:同一车速下,转向横拉杆力随着胎压的降低有着很明显的变化。

Abstract: The test principle and method of the tire pressure influencing on the tie rod force was introduced; the real vehicle road test was designed, and the relationship among tire pressure, vehicle speed and steering tie rod force was obtained. The test results show that with the same tire pressure, the impact of the vehicle speed on steering tie rod is relatively small; with the same vehicle speed, the tie rod force changes obviously with the reduce of the tire pressure.
