摘要： 本文以市场经济的观点，剖析国际通用的FIDIC合同条件的商品观念、标准化观念、经济的时间观念、经济管理体制观念，并指出其微观、宏观作用。

Abstract: As Viewed from the principles of market econowy,this paper一a nalysed the main ideas of FIDICconditions of contract such as commodity,standardization,economical time-value of capital and eco-nomical management system,and also pointed out their macro一and micro一functions.
