基于性能的混凝土桥梁全寿命养护策略方法研究

Maintenance Strategy of Performance-Based Concrete Bridges in Life Cycle

摘要: 分析了钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土桥梁在规划设计、施工和运营养护中可能存在的问题,如桥墩不均匀沉降、 水平位移、温度变化、裂缝超标、原桥设计荷载等级偏低、混凝土收缩徐变等引起的承载力不足,以及氯离子渗透、钢 筋腐蚀、混凝土碳化及表层剥落、主梁下挠开裂、雨水锈蚀等造成的混凝土结构耐久性衰退和性能退化; 从全寿命安 全、适用、耐久、经济和环保等性能角度和结构可持续性方面,研究了基于性能的桥梁养护目标、性能水准及相应的 维护策略和方法。

Abstract: As far as the reinforced concrete and PC bridge was concerned,some existing problems in planning design,construction, operation and maintenance of concrete bridges were analyzed,such as insufficient load bearing capacity caused by uneven settlement of piers in bridges,horizontal displacement,temperature change,overload,the low design load level in original bridge design,shrinkage and creep of concrete and poor durability and performance degradation of concrete structures caused by chloride permeability,steel bar corrosion,carbonization and cover spalling of concrete,long-term deflection and cracking of main girder,the rain leakage and corrosion of concrete. From the aspects of safety,applicability,durability, economy,environmental protection and the sustainability of structure in the life cycle,the maintenance objectives,performance level,and corresponding strategies and methods of performance-based bridge were explored and discussed.
