摘要: 随着信息技术的飞速发展,传统的港口航道管理方式越来越无法满足现代航运交通的发展需要。因此,建设 港口航道地理信息系统,实现港口航道的现代化管理势在必行。澜沧江??湄公河是一条重要的国际航道,具有重要 的战略意义。在澜沧江??湄公河港口航道地理信息系统主要功能的基础上重点从数据存储与管理、信息表现与可 视化、空间分析与模拟以及信息输出与共享等4个方面探讨GIS技术在澜沧江??湄公河港口航道管理中的应用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the inf~rmational teehnology, tire traditional port and waterway management is increasingly unable to meet tire modern needs of the development of shipping traffic. As a result, the construction of the port and waterway geographic information system and the realization of the modernization of port and waterway management are imperative. Laneang-Mekong River is an important international waterway of strategic: importance. The application of GIS to port and waterway management of Lancang-Mekong River is discussed on the basis of GIS main functions and four aspects are foeused, that is, the data storage and management, information performance and visualization, spatial analysis and simulation as well as information output and sharing
