摘要: 笔者改进了传统的AHP法,构建三标度判断矩阵,采用层次分析法与多层次模糊综合评价法相结合的评 价模型来评价公路路网后评价中的环境影响,这样避免了采用九标度方法构建判断矩阵时权重选择的模糊性,从 而减少了决策者的主观臆断性.

Abstract: This article improved the traditional method of AHE. A three-demarcation matrix method was adopted together with the evaluation model of the combination of the analytical hierarchy process and multitiered fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the environmental influence of comprehensive post evaluation of highway net.Therefore it call avoid the illegibility of index weight when the traditional nine-demarcation matrix was applied in constructing the judgment matrix,and it can reduce the determiner's subjective assumped.
