摘要: 静态交通需求与城市停车供应状况直接决定了城市交通秩序和拥挤程度,以往的各种停车预测模型多以建 筑规模来求得静态交通需求,笔者在通过大量的调查数据分析得出静态交通需求与土地利用区位以及周边机动车 交通流量密切相关,提出了基于区位分析和诱增流量的停车需求预测模型

Abstract: The static traffic demand and supplies of parking decide the traffic order and jam degree in cities. The prevenient parking forecasting models gained static traffic demandis according to the general building scale. Based on a great number of data this paper finds out that the static traffic demandis interrelated with locaal land using and circumjacent traffic flow nearby.
