摘要： 鉴于我国物流园区的建设现状，根据物流园区具有战略性、公益性、高投入、长回报期的特点，从城市与城市物流的关系以及物流园区在城市物流系统中的作用出发，提出了城市建设物流园区应考虑的条件，指出了现有物流园区建设中存在的问题，并提出了相应对策
