某柴油车怠速爬行异响分析及优化

摘要: 使用手动变速箱离合器的车辆,在怠速爬行工况时,往往由于离合器本身结构的原因,不能起到减振的效果,从而导致变速器异响,影响整车NVH特性。以国产某SUV柴油车为例,分析其怠速异响产生机理,通过改变扭转减振器的扭转刚度、摩擦阻尼、预紧力矩及刚度级数等参数,优化离合器扭转特性曲线,并进行车辆试验,使用扭振分析仪测试扭振变化,采用等级评分法对怠速爬行噪声进行主观评价。最终获得一种大转角、异阻尼、三级减振离合器方案,从根本上缓解了车辆怠速爬行异响状况。针对该车进行的改进方法和新结构亦适用于任何使用带有扭转减振器从动盘结构的车辆。

Abstract: In the creeping case of vehicle with clutch of manual gearbox, torsion damper is not able to reduce the vibration, due to the configuration of the clutch itself, consequently, which may affect the NVH of vehicle and lead to the abnormal noise. With regard of some domestic diesel SUV, the mechanism of creeping noise was analyzed. Optimization of the torsional vibration characteristics’ curve was carried out by use of adjusting the torsional stiffness of torsion damper, the friction damping, pre-tension torque, stiffness series, etc. In the meantime, vehicle trial was performed to measure the variation of torsional vibration with torsional vibration analyzer and the subjective evaluation of creeping noise was conducted with magnitude estimation. Finally, the strategy of a large turn-angle, variable damping and three-level clutch was acquired to radically solve the problem of creeping noise. The improved method and new configuration proposed is also appropriate to any vehicle with a torsion damper clutch.
