高强钢对接接头焊趾应力集中系数有限元分析

FEM Study on the Stress Concentration Factors at Weld Toe of Butt-Welded Joints for High Strength Steel

摘要: 基于热弹-塑性理论,建立了RQT701高强钢对接接头焊接残余应力有限元分析模型,在此基础上计算了其焊接残余应力,并与实测值进行了比较。同时 讨论了焊缝几何参数对对接接头焊趾处应力集中系数(SCF)的影响。研究结果表明:RQT701高强钢对接接头中残余应力对应力集中系数的影响较大,尤其是在低应力情况下受应力水平变动影响 较大;减小焊趾倾角,增大过渡圆弧半径,可以减缓焊趾处截面形状的变化,显著改善接头焊趾处的应力集中;随着板厚的增加应力集中系数随之增大。

Abstract: The stress concentration factor (SCF) is one of the most important factors to evaluate the safety of structures. According to the thereto-effect of welding process, the nonlinear changes of material properties were considered, the residual stress distribution was analyzed and compared with the experimental results. Furthermore, different weld geometric parameters were considered and the effects of them on SCFs were discussed. Research indicated: The influence of residual stress on stress concentration effect is evident when low stress is applied for RQT701 high-strength steel. And it is possible to decrease the stress concentration factor of butt-welded joint by decreasing weld bead flank angle or/and increasing the weld toe radius,and the SCFs increase with the augment of plate thickness.
