基于节能减排的高速公路瓶颈处拥挤车流控制技术研究

Control Technique of Congested Traffic of Freeway Bottlenecks from the Perspective of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

摘要: 针对高速公路施工段、收费站等通行能力瓶颈路段等时常出现的车辆拥挤缓行、频繁停行、燃油急剧增加的问题,在充分调查交通拥挤缓行时车流特征的基础上,结合交通控制、感应检测等技术,建立了基于节能减排的交通拥挤缓行车流控制系统。实例分析表明:该控制系统在不增加车辆通过时间的前提下,大幅减少了车辆的起停次数,降低了燃油消耗。

Abstract: For the questions of vehicles crowded and postponed, frequent start-stop and a sharp increase of fuel which often occurred at the bottlenecks of traffic capability sections, such as construction section and toll station on the freeway, an energy conservation and emission reduction control system of vehicles crowded and postponed was established, which was based on full investigation about the traffic flow characteristics and combined with traffic control technology and sensor detection technology. The case study indicates that the control system significantly reduces the number of vehicle start-stops and fuel consumption on the premise that the time of vehicle passing is not increased.
