基于LabVIEW的智能侦察车设计

Design of Intelligent Reconnaissance Vehicle Based on LabVIEW

摘要: 基于LabVIEW,以Freescale K60芯片为核心,进行智能侦察车硬件设计、软件设计、电路设计、上位机设计以及实车制作。硬件设计包括IP摄像头、直流电机、步进机、无线视频采集卡、无线模块、舵机、超声波模块、探照灯、MQ-2可燃气体传感器等;软件设计包括总体控制程序和编译程序;电路设计包括Freescale K60芯片电路设计、ASM1117稳压电路设计、直流电机BTS7960驱动电路设计、超声波的发射/接收电路设计、整体电路板设计;上位机程序设计采用虚拟仪器,用LabVIEW进行编程,开发了智能侦察车控制及信息显示面板、超声波测距和可燃气体检测面板程序。

Abstract: Based on LabVIEW software and taking Freescale K60 chip as the core, the hardware, software, circuits and host computer design of intelligent reconnaissance vehicle was carried out; furthermore, the real car was manufactured. The hardware design included the design of IP camera, DC motor, stepper motor, wireless video acquisition card, wireless module, steering gear, ultrasonic module, searchlight, MQ-2 combustible gas sensor and so on. The software design included the design of overall control program and complier program. The circuits design contained Freescale K60 chip circuit, ASM1117 regulating circuit, the DC motor BTS7960 driving circuit, ultrasonic transmitting/receiving circuit and the whole circuit board design. The host computer program design adopted the virtual instrument, used LabVIEW to program, and developed the control and information display panels, ultrasonic ranging and combustible gas detection panels of the intelligent reconnaissance vehicle.
