装配式钢桁-混凝土组合连续刚构桥预制桥道板制作工艺研究

Precast Concrete Decks Production Technology of Prefabricated Steel Truss-Concrete Composite Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge

摘要: 为了使预制桥道板底面平整度达到预埋式栓钉剪力键的焊接精度要求,并使预制桥道板板间拼接精度达到设计要求,针对预制桥道板底面 平整度及板间接缝的制作工艺进行了精度控制研究,提出相邻桥道板可采用连续标准化预制,使板间接缝自适应以满足设计及施工精度要求;严 格控制装配式栓钉剪力键的预埋精度并采用刚性模板以保证底面平整度,使其满足预埋剪力键竖钢板与钢桁顶面之间的焊缝缝差要求。依托工程 实践表明,该方法简单可行、易满足精度要求,可供同类桥梁参考。

Abstract: In order to make the bottom smoothness of the precast bridge decks meet the welding precision requirements of the pre-burying stud shear connector, and make the board splicing precision of precast bridge decks meet the design requirements, the precision control study was carried out for the bottom smoothness of the precast bridge decks and the manufacturing process of the joints between decks. It is proposed that the adjacent bridge board can be continuously standardized, and the inter-board joints can be adapted to meet the design and construction precision requirements. Strictly controlling pre-burying precision of assembled stud shear connector and using rigid formwork can ensure the bottom surface smoothness, which meets the joint requirements of weld seams between the steel vertical plates of PCSS shear connector and the top surface of the steel truss. The engineering practice indicates that the proposed method is simple and feasible, which can meet the accuracy requirements and is available for similar bridges to reference.
