基于熵权法-云模型的公交服务满意度评价

Satisfaction Evaluation of Public Transit Service Based on Entropy Weight Method and Cloud Model

摘要: 为实现对公交服务满意度的评价,提出了一种将熵权法和云模型相结合的评价方法。利用数据的变异性,通过熵权法为评价指标进行客观赋权;基于云模型理论,将指标数据通过逆向云发生器转化为对应的云参数,以指标近似法来构建评价云;将评价结果以正态云图的形式体现。应用该方法,对上海市嘉定区公交汽车服务满意度进行了综合评价。评价结果表明:嘉定区公交服务满意度总体处于一般、偏满意的情况,直观准确的反应了乘客对公交服务的满意程度。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the satisfaction degree of public transit service, an evaluation methodology combining entropy weight method with cloud model was proposed. Based on the variability of data, evaluation index was weighted objectively by using entropy weight method. The index data was converted to the corresponding cloud parameters by backward cloud generator on the basis of cloud model theory, and the evaluation cloud was built by index approximate method. Evaluation results were showed as normal cloud diagram. The public transit service satisfaction degree in Jiading District of Shanghai was evaluated comprehensively by using above method. The evaluation result indicates that the satisfaction degree of public transit service in Jiading District is moderate and presenting a trend of turning better. Therefore, the evaluation result can intuitively and accurately reflect passengers satisfaction degree of public transport services.
