走行轮失效对跨座式单轨车辆动力学性能的影响分析

Effect of Walking Wheel Failure on Dynamics Performance of Straddle-Type Monorail Vehicle

摘要: 根据跨座式单轨车辆的结构特点,运用多体动力学软件(ADAMS)建立单轨车辆走行轮失效的动力学模型,分析不同工况下走行轮失效对单轨车辆动力学性能的影响。结果表明:在空载(AW0)及超载(AW3)状态下走行轮失效时曲线R100 m的安全运行限速值分别为35、30 km/h;弯道同侧走行轮失效对车辆运行安全性的影响趋势基本相同,弯道内侧与外侧走行轮失效对车辆安全性能的影响差异较大,其中速度较大时弯道外侧走行轮失效对车辆安全性能的影响较大;与正常运行相比,走行轮失效时横向平稳性增大了0.2~1.1,垂向平稳性增大了0.2~1.2,部分垂向平稳性已超过3.0,走行轮失效对跨坐式单轨车辆的运行平稳性影响较大,车辆运行平稳性变差,失效后车辆应减速行驶,尽快到达邻近站点疏散乘客。

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of straddle-type monorail vehicle, the monorail vehicle dynamics model of walking wheel failure was established by the multi-body dynamics software (ADAMS). On this basis, the influence of the walking wheel failure on the dynamic performance of the monorail vehicle under different working conditions was analyzed. The results show that: the safe running speed limit of the curve R100 m is 35km/h and 30km/h respectively when the walking wheels fail in the idle (AW0)and over-loading (AW3)state; the trend of walking wheel failure on the same side of the curve is basically the same for the safety of vehicle operation; the effect of the failure of the inner walking wheel and the failure of the outer walking wheel on the safety performance of the vehicle has great difference; when the speed is large, the failure of the outer walking wheel of the bend has a greater impact on the safety performance of the vehicle. Compared with normal operation, when the walking wheels fail, the lateral stability increases by 0.2~1.1, the vertical stability increases by 0.2~1.2, and the vertical stability of the part has exceeded 3. The walking wheel failure has great influence on the running stability of the straddle monorail vehicle. When the walking wheel failure occurs, the running stability of the vehicle becomes worse and the vehicle should slow down and reach the neighboring site to evacuate passengers as soon as possible.
