基于数据包络法的轨道停车换乘效率评价

Park and Ride Efficiency Evaluation of Rail Transit Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

摘要: 为疏导我国大中城市中心区的密集车流,近年来陆续有城市建成了停车换乘设施。通过对重庆市轨道停车换乘站场设施的调查,进行了停车换乘效 率影响因素分析。选取换乘步行距离、停车泊位数、换乘费用、发车间隔作为输入指标,换乘时间、换乘客流量作为输出指标,在数据包络法的基础上 ,确定停车换乘效率评价模型。对重庆市5个典型轨道交通停车换乘设施,运用DEA模型进行停车换乘效率评价。所建立的停车换乘设施效率评价模型对 目前的轨道交通规划和建设具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to ease the dense traffic flow in the central area of large and medium-sized cities in China, park and ride facilities have been built in recent years. Based on the investigation of park and ride facilities in Chongqing rail transit stations, the influence factors of park and ride efficiency were analyzed. The transfer walking distance, the number of berths, transfer fees, departure interval were selected as input indicators,and the transfer time, transfer passenger flow were selected as the output indicators.Based on data envelopment analysis method, the evaluation model of park and ride efficiency was built. Based on DEA model, the park and ride efficiency of 5 typical rail transit facilities in Chongqing were evaluated. The proposed efficiency evaluation model of park and ride facilities has a certain reference value for the current rail transit planning and construction.
