太阳热反射涂层试验路铺筑及性能评价

Construction and Performance Evaluation of Solar Heat-Reflecting Coating Test Road

摘要: 研究沥青路面热反射涂料在不同温度下的黏度变化及涂层的不黏胎干燥时间,建议太阳热反射涂层施工时气 温保持为15 ~ 30 ℃,沥青路面温度保持为20 ~ 40 ℃。提出了热反射涂层的施工工艺并进行了试验路的铺筑及性 能观测; 涂层在夏季高温季节具有良好的降温效果,最大降温值可达8. 7 ℃,在低温季节无明显降温效果; 防滑粒料 的添加使涂层具有良好的抗滑性能,使用半年后抗滑性能仍保持良好。

Abstract: Viscosity change and tire non-stick drying time of heat-reflective coating on asphalt pavement under different temperature are studied,and it is recommended that the atmosphere temperature is between 15 ℃ and 30 ℃,and pavement surface temperature is between 20 ℃ and 40 ℃ respectively when coating is constructed. The construction technology of heat-reflective coating is proposed,and heat-reflective coating test road is constructed for our observation on its performance. Results show that the heat-reflecting coating can reduce almost 9 ℃ of asphalt pavement temperature about in hot summer, and have no significant cooling effect in winter. After adding the anti-skid granules,the skid resistance of heat-reflecting coating is greatly improved,and the pavement still shows a good skid resistance after two years.
