Influence Factors of Compressive Resilient Modulus of Cold-Recycled Foamed Bitumen Mixture

泡沫沥青冷再生混合料抗压回弹模量影响因素研究

Abstract: The grey incidence analysis method was used to analyze the various factors that influenced compressive resilient modulus of foamed bitumen mixture,such as the dosage of RAP,stone chips,asphalt content and cement dosage. The results show that the cement dosage and RAP dosage have large influence on compressive resilient modulus; and the impact of these factors on the compressive resilient modulus in descending order is that cement contents,RAP dosage,stone chips dosage and asphalt content. Therefore,the cement dosage has a positive correlation with compression modulus,and the remaining factors are negatively correlated. The dosage of cement and RAP should be controlled strictly in the mix gradation design and construction process to satisfy the requirements of the compressive resilient modulus.

摘要: 用灰关联方法分析了泡沫沥青混合料抗压回弹模量的影响因素,包括沥青路面铣刨料(RAP)用量、石屑用量、 沥青用量以及水泥用量。研究结果表明:水泥用量和RAP用量对抗压回弹模量影响较大;对抗压回弹模量影响因 素从大到小为水泥用量>RAP用量>石屑用量>沥青用量;水泥用量与抗压回弹模量为正相关,其余因素均为负相 关。建议在混合料配合比设计阶段和施工过程中严格控制水泥用量和沥青面层铣刨料用量。
