Abstract: The current ETC system collects road tolls by the seating capacity of passenger vehicles and the tonnage of trucks , and doesn' t impose restrictions on overweight vehicles. Aiming at the problem , a new idea of applying WIM to ETC system was proposed , and the installation site of WIM device and the running process were also analyzed. Analysis results show that the proposed idea has a certain value in the practical application

摘要: 现行的ETC(ElectronicTollCollection)系统是按乘用车的座位数及货车的吨位进行收费的,对超重车辆没有加 以限制。针对这一问题,提出了一种将汽车动态称重应用于ETC系统的设想,并对WIM(Weigh-In-Motion)设备的 安装位置及运作流程进行了分析。分析表明:该设想具有一定的实际应用价值。
