Abstract: Double-side-drift method and three-step method is often used during shallow buried and large span tunnel construction，and they have different influences on the stress and deformation of tunnel structure as well as construction schedule.Therefore，according to the comparison and selection of the construction method of Tongluoshan Tunnel in Chongqing，the elastoplastic D-P failure criterions and numerical simulation method were used to study the stress characteristics and the displacement of tunnel surrounding rock and supporting structure with 2 kinds of construction methods，that is the double-side-drift method and three-step method.And the construction schedule was also analyzed by combining with the field construction flow.The study shows that： the three-bench method adopted in Tongluoshan Tunnel can meet safety requirements in the aspects of controlling surrounding rocks displacement，the range of plastic zone and the stress of supporting structure； moreover，it is more advantageous in construction schedule，cost and process arrangement.The research results available in Tongluoshan Tunnel can provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for the similar engineering construction.

摘要： 三台阶法和双侧壁导坑法是浅埋大跨度隧道常采用的施工方法，2种方法对隧道结构的受力变形及工程进度影响不同。针对重庆铜锣山隧道进行施工方法的比选，采用岩体弹塑性D-P破坏准则，利用数值仿真方法研究了双侧壁导坑法和三台阶法2种施工方法下隧道围岩和支护结构位移和受力特征，并结合现场施工流程分析其进度安排。研究结果表明：铜锣山隧道采用三台阶法施工在控制围岩位移、塑性区范围和支护结构受力等方面能够满足安全要求，且三台阶法在施工进度、工程造价、工序安排等方面具有明显优势。研究成果在铜锣山隧道的应用能够为同类工程建设提供理论依据和实践经验。
