Field Test on Separation Dike Built with Slurry Filled Geotextile Tubes

模袋淤泥筑堤现场试验研究

Abstract: Using geotextile tubes filled with slurry for building separation dike is a kind of new method. At first, the coastal beach silt was filled into appropriate size of woven geotextile tubes by high pressure mud pump, then the dike was formed by the drained tubes and stacked layer by layer, so a large amount of sand and gravel resources was saved. Three different drainage and consolidation types were proposed, including natural drainage, consolidation agent and vacuum preloading. Field tests were carried out and the deformation of dike body, the variation rule of pore water pressure in tubes, the vane shear strength, the physical and mechanical properties of soil under the condition of different drainage forms were studied. At the same time, the model drainage test and hanging bag test provide the technical basis for the selection of geotextile bags and the concentration of filling slurry. Through the comparison of the economy of traditional construction method and building dike method with slurry filled geotextile tubes, it is proved that the proposed method has strong market competitiveness.

摘要: 充填淤泥土工模袋是一种填筑吹填围垦区隔堤的新方法,淤泥经由高压泥浆泵充填入编织布土工模袋,经排水固结层层累叠而成,可节省大量的砂石资源。提出自排水式、固化剂式、真空预压式3种不同的排水固结形式,开展现场试验研究不同排水形式下堤身的变形、袋内孔隙水压力的变化规律、淤泥固结后的强度和物理力学性质。模型排水试验和挂袋试验为土工布材料的模袋选型、充灌泥浆浓度选择等提供了技术依据。通过传统施工方法与模袋淤泥筑堤法的经济性比较可见,该方法具有较强的市场竞争力。
