异步电机矢量控制温度补偿技术研究

Abstract: Being frequently used as an fixed rotor time constant in the calculation of induction motor rotor field oriented vector control system,the rotor time constant was practically sensitive to the temperature and magnetic saturation effects,which drifted from its initial value,thereby causing the failure of field orientation.The influence of the rotor time constant on the stator current excitation component,torque component,rotor flux and electromagnetic torque was analyzed theoretically,and a rotor time constant temperature compensation method was proposed,which used the temperature changes of stator winding to correct rotor time compensation values.Simulation test results show that the proposed method is effective and feasible,which has a certain practical significance.

摘要: 异步电机转子磁场定向矢量控制系统中常采用固定转子时间常数进行计算,转子时间常数易受温度和磁饱和影响而偏离其初值,由此产生磁场定位 不准的问题。从理论上分析了转子时间常数对定子电流励磁分量、转矩分量、转子磁链和电磁转矩的影响,提出了一种转子时间常数温度补偿技术,利用 定子绕组温度的变化来修正转子时间常数的补偿值。仿真实验结果证明,该方法有效可行,具有一定的工程实践意义。
