复配废机油再生剂的制备及性能研究

Abstract: The waste engine oil was used as the base oil, and antiaging agents, surfactants, and stabilizers were added to improve the regeneration effect of the aged asphalt and promote the fusion of new and old asphalt. Rotary film oven, asphalt rotational viscometer, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), dynamic shear rheometer and other instruments were used to measure the relevant performance of the recycled asphalt, and the optimal content of the three additives and the dosage of rejuvenator were analyzed by DesignExpert. Finally, through the water stability and low temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt mixture, the performance of rejuvenator was further analyzed. The test results shows that the compounded rejuvenator can effectively promote the aging of new and old asphalt and inhibit the secondary aging of recycled asphalt, and the regeneration effect is good.

摘要: 以废机油为基础油分,添加抗老化剂、表面活性剂、稳定剂来提高其对老化沥青的再生效果和促进新老沥青的融合。采用旋转薄膜烘箱、沥青旋转黏度计、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、动态剪切流变仪等仪器测定再生沥青的相关性能,并借助DesignExpert分析3种添加剂的最佳含量和再生剂掺量,最后通过再生沥青混合料的水稳性和低温抗裂性进一步分析再生剂的性能。研究结果表明:复配的再生剂能有效促进新旧沥青的老化且抑制再生沥青的二次老化,再生效果良好。
