Abstract: This paper deals with the measure of efficiency of scope and technology of auto-motive transportation enterprises (ATE) by using data envelopment analysis (DEA).It gives the I/O target system,sets up two models-C²R model for the efficiency of scope and technology,C²GS² model for the efficiency of technology,and analyses the economic implication of the relative efficiency of DEA.At last,applying the C²R model and C²GS² model it gives an example of application of DEA methods and models for the measure of the relative efficiency of 23 ATE.

摘要： 本文探讨用数据包络分析方法综合评价汽车运输企业规模有效性和技术有效性问题。文中提出了运输企业用于DEA有效性评价的输入、输出指标体系;建立了同时评价规模有效和技术有效的C²R模型,评价技术有效性的C²GS²模型;分析了DEA相对有效性的经济含义;最后对四川省23个汽车运输企业用C²R型和C²GS²模型进行相对有效性测定,在对获得的管理信息分析基础上提出了参考建议。
