Abstract: In this paper,the basic features of waste-watering of highway,i.e.the obvious fluctuation,theregional significance and the paragensis of waste一watering of h ighway,are expounded primarily.Ac-cording to the basic featires the synthetical,method must be the most basic principle in the area. Futherstudies identify obviously the imporiance for unengineering metheds and the synthetical effects of someengineering methods to be applied in some places in the course of prevention and control of waste-water-ing of highway.

摘要： 四川境内公路水毁具有严重性、波动性、区域性和共生性等四大基本特征。面对境内严重发育并广泛分布的公路水毁，本文进一步论述了坚持综合防治、将工程防治措施与非工程防治措施相结合、发挥工程防治措施的综合效应在公路水毁防治中的重要作用。
