Abstract: How to evaluate material properties is an important problem in applying fuzzy decisions to select the most suitable machinery port material. As an example to deal with the problems like this,a subordinating function of Single factor evaluation for metal's properties is presented by three-division methodin this paper.It is confirmed that this method together with fuzzy decisions conforms to the actual situation of engineers consideration in the process of mechanical design.

摘要: 机械零件材料性能的单因素评价是运用模糊综合决策法进行机械零件材料选择的关键问题.本文提出运用三分法来建立机械零件材料性能的单因素评价隶属函数.以此来获得材料性能的单因素评价结果.经举例验证,用该法所得的评价结果与实际情况很吻合,较好地模拟了设计人员的知识和经验.易于在机械设计专家系统中实现.
