Abstract: This paper,through ideal liquid circling bridge pier connected with local initial scouring experimental velocity data,has set up the bridge pier circling velocity theory counting method.And then according to the Bridge pier circling velocity this paper has built up the theory counting method of the clear water equilibrium scouring depth and tested with model experimental data.
