Abstract: The paper studies the real-timely processing and logging mode of the parameters needed in evaluation and forecast of the urban road service level.Based on the running urban buses as the dynamic data units,the real-time running-state data of city buses are acquired,the bus before-head time spans are computed and the traffic flow velocity analyzed;the velocity forceast by wave-filtering adjustment is compared with the actually measured velocity;a four-grade service level real-time evaluation and

摘要: 研究了城市道路服务水平评价与预测所需参数的实时处理算法和采集方式.利用城区道路上的公交车为数 据动态采集单元,智能采集公交车实时运行状态数据信息,计算公交车车头时距、分析车流速度,对滤波调整预测 速度与实际速度进行对比分析,建立以行车速度、行程时间、拥挤程度为评价指标的城市道路四级服务水平实时评 价与预测系统.该系统能为公交车运行及其交通出行者提供管理、信息服务,适时引导交通流量合理分布,高效地 利用道路网络,减少城市交通拥堵,提高交通运输效率,为城市交通规划提供依据,对推动城市畅通工程及城市交 通智能化的发展,有一定参考作用
