Abstract: Roads in mountainous aro．Ak2 have varied topography，thus culverts have tO be frequently modified due to the position ，base and numbers，While culverts project bills are calculated based on culvert meters according to“"I'ne National Bids Docleme Model for Road Projects”，which brings about s0Ine inconvenience，t．,~qen disputes．The authors ofthis artlde have presented such methods as adding to model bill projects that helps solve similar modification problems efectively

摘要： 山区公路地形复杂，涵洞因位置、台基台身、基底处理和洞lZ：l数量变化较大使涵洞经常引起较大变更，而《公 路工程国内招标文件范本》(以下简称范本)涵洞项目工程量清单只按涵长米计价，给工程变更带来一定的不便，甚 至引起争议．作者提出在范本清单项目号后加小节等办法，为解决类似变更问题，找到了有效途径．
