摘要： 通过对现有的工程造价审查方法的分析，提出基于定量和定性相结合的分步综合审查方法，构建出审查方法 的数据流程图，并采用一种用层次分析法确定指标权重，用加权海明距离确定工程相似程度，进而选择类似工程。 最后以该方法为基础形成造价审查系统，通过信息化方式实现造价审查，并应用到广东省交通工程造价管理系统 的开发中
