Study on asphalt mixture's road-related performance of multilevel dense built-in structure

多级嵌挤密实型沥青混合料路用性能研究

Abstract: In order to meet the need of high-grade highway's surface functions and optimize the dense framework aggregate grading design of asphalt mixture,the asphalt mixture of multilevel dense built-in grading was presented on the stage filling theory and particle interfering theory and the bailey method as test criterion.By comparing all kinds of load-related performance with SMA,the results show that the asphalt mixture of multilevel dense built-in grading possesses the better high temperature stability,water stability,fatigue and durability and skid resistance capability.At the same time,it can also meet cold crack resistance requirement in some climate zones.

摘要: 为适应高等级公路沥青表面层功能的要求,利用逐级填充理论和粒子干涉理论,并参考美国贝雷法设计和检验标准,优化了骨架密实结构沥青混合料集料级配,设计出了多级嵌挤密实结构的沥青混合料.通过与沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料的各项路用性能比较分析,多级嵌挤密实型沥青混合料具有更加优良的高温稳定性、水稳定性、疲劳耐久性和抗滑能力,同时也能满足一定气候分区条件下的低温抗裂要求.
