Abstract: This paper studies the exponential stability of a class of stochastic recurrent neural networks with time delay．By using Lyapunov function method,It's formula and some matrix analytical techniques，some new criteria on mean square exponential stability are obtained．

摘要： 研究了随机时滞Recurrent神经网络的稳定性，利用Lyapunov函数和It6公式，结合矩阵分析技巧，给出了系统均方指数稳定的充分条件，并由此推得随机时滞Hop6eld神经网络和随机时滞细胞神经网络的稳定性条件．
