预制玻璃钢一砼复合路面板的静力性能研究

Abstract: To avoid the early dilapidation of highway pavement slab,we explore a method of sticking glass fiber on the new concrete pavement.We adopt finite dement software ANSYS to analyse a concrete slab with glass fiber,and compare with final experimental results.The results indicate that concrete slabs sticking glass fiber can enhance cracking load of the composite pavement slab greatly,and the deflection at middle span of plate also reduce distinctly.At the same time,applying the glass fiber Can reduce the consumption of steels and save the cost of the engineering.This type of composite pavement slab owns application future and good economic benefit.

摘要: 探索在新建砼路面板上粘贴一层玻璃纤维布,避免砼路面板过早的破损.采用有限元软件ANSYS对一粘贴玻璃纤维布的素砼薄板进行计算分析,并与模型试验数据进行对比.结果表明:与同样尺寸和材料素砼对照板比较,粘贴了玻璃纤维布的复合板其开裂荷载有较大幅度的提高.在同样的荷载等级作用下,复合板的挠度也有明显的减少.此外,玻璃纤维布的应用可大大减少钢材用量,节省工程造价,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景.
