Abstract: Combining with the character that sustainable development of urban traffic system should correspond with its population, economy, resources and environment, the index of coordination capability about sustainable development of urban traffic system was put forward, and a combined evaluation model was constructed which is made up of specialist method, information entropy method and grey relation degree method, a evaluating coordination capability. This model can analyze the correlation among indexes comprehensively and overcome the imperfectability and indetermination of in formation.It is an objective, credible and practical method by the reason of that it considers fully subjective and objective facts while confirming weight. Finally, the feasibility of the model was validated through evaluating and ordering practical coordination capability between urban traffic system and its economic development, population, resources, environment and so on, in 6 central cities in China.

摘要: 结合城市交通系统可持续发展需与自身的社会经济、资源、环境相协调的特点,提出了城市交通系统可持续发展的协调能力指标,并构建了城市交通系统可持续发展协调能力评价的"专家法-信息熵法-灰色关联度法"的组合评价模型。该模型将专家评判、信息熵理论和灰色关联决策法有机结合起来,可全面分析指标间的相互关系,较好克服信息的不完全性和不确定性;同时在确定权重时又充分考虑了主客观因素,是一种客观、可信、便于实际应用的方法。最后根据实际数据,对6个中心城市的城市交通系统可持续发展的协调能力进行评价和排序,验证了该模型的可行性。
